Translation

Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "While a man was walking on a path, he found a thorn branch on the road, so he put it aside. Allah, thus, thanked him and forgave him."

Explanation

The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) informed that while a man was walking, he came across a thorny tree branch on the road that was harming the Muslims. He put it aside and moved it away from the path. So Allah thanked him for that and forgave him.
